Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if you receive a defective or damaged product. To request a refund for a defective or damaged product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order and provide us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will either replace the product or issue you a full refund, at our discretion.
You are eligible for a partial refund if you are not satisfied with the product, but the product is not defective or damaged. In this case, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the issue and the amount of time that has passed since your purchase. To request a partial refund, please contact us at email@example.com and provide us with your order number and a description of the issue.
The following types of purchases are not eligible for a refund:
Products that have been used or opened. We are unable to accept returns of products that have been used or opened.
Custom or personalized products. We are unable to accept returns of custom or personalized products unless they are defective or damaged.
Sale items. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
If your request for a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
